Custom Designed: World Traveler Invitations

These new invitations were custom designed for Laura and Kyle, whose wedding is at the end of this month.  Their relationship is particularly unique in that they have traveled all over the world together in their courtship.  Therefore, they wanted their wedding to reflect that.  The travel theme was mixed with a vintage vibe and the sunny yellow and coral pink.

Custom table signs, named after a city and country.

On the invitation, each passport stamp is of an actual place they traveled to that was significant to them.  For the postcard response card, we used a vintage map of Michigan with a pin-point on Traverse City, where they will exchange vows.  The suite is finished off with an enclosure band, wraparound labels, and custom postage based on real vintage postage.

One of my favorite parts is the table signs they will have at the reception.  Each table will be named after a location that was significant to them in their travels.  We created a silhouette of the country, with the city and country name on the front.  On the back, Laura and Kyle wrote a little paragraph about their experience there, which really personalizes each table.  What a fun alternative to numbered table signs!

Congrats in advance to Laura and Kyle!  We wish you the best, and I’m sure your wedding will be everything you hope it will be!  To see more of the designs in this invitation suite, view it in our collection here.
