Orders do not begin without a non-refundable 50% deposit.  Final payment is due prior to printing.  Quantites will reflect the invoice and cannot be changed once the order is submitted for print. We accept credit, debit, personal check, and money orders.  Please make personal checks out to Señor & Señora and mail to: Señor & Señora, P.O.   1. Proofing: prior to deposit, clients may receive one free digital proof.  After a deposit is received, the following is included:
    a)    For a design out of our collection, we include two additional digital proofs, plus a final proof for approval.  Color and wording can be changed at no charge.  Any changes to font, size or design are billed at $25 each.  For invitations with two different sets of wording there is a $45 fee.
    b)    For a custom project, we include one design review, three digital proofs, plus a final proof for approval.
    c)    Any additional digital proofs beyond what is included are billed at $25 each.
  2. Final Approval: with the approval of final proofs via email, the client agrees that the spelling, layout and content of the order is correct and that you have read and agree to our terms of service listed in the estimate or invoice document and/or online at www.senorsenora.com/tos.  It is the sole responsibility of the client to assure that the content and layout is correct to their satisfaction.
  3. Quality Guarantee: We only print on fine quality papers specifically designed for digital press, offset press and letterpress.  Our envelopes are all a minimum of 70 lb. text weight, and most are 80 lb. or higher made with Italian-made paper.  We guarantee our prints will be in accordance with CMYK industry standards for pleasing color. However, we cannot guarantee “match-print” color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. We also cannot guarantee color will match the preview as it appears on a client’s monitor, as we cannot compensate for color variance on each client’s monitor.  When cut, margins may shift up to 1/16 of an inch in any direction due to cutting variances.
  4. If product is deemed defective due to the fault of Señor & Señora, one of the following resolutions will be offered:
    1. If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, Señor & Señora will reprint at no charge to the client with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution.
    2. If a refund is requested, Señor & Señora will contact you to help issue an RA (Return Authorization). The client must contact Señor & Señora within five business days of receiving the order.  Señor & Señora reserves the right to request and review samples of the claimed defective product before issuing an RA. If the product is found to be defective due to client error, an RA will not be issued and a refund will not be authorized. If the product is found to be defective due to an error by Señor & Señora, the product must be returned. The product must be received back within 15 days after RA is issued. Refunds will be processed only after an RA has been issued and the entire product has been returned to and reviewed by Señor & Señora.
  5. Reprints for Client Errors:although refunds are not offered for client errors, we will make the desired changes and reprint the original order at 50% of the cost for each reprinted item. In such an event, the client will be responsible for all delivery costs and / or rush charges.
    1. Client errors include: typos, incorrect spelling or other wording errors, the client’s desire for a different layout, color or printing method; slight color variances within four color (CMYK) industry standards for pleasing color, and orders returned without an RA.
  6. Usage License: permission is granted for one time use of the purchased materials and designs.  This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; resell the materials, claim any copyright or other proprietary notations of the materials, or transfer the license to another business or person.  If you would like to use any of our designs for another purpose, such as a design on a cake, you must first have our permission.  You should also definitely send us photos of the finished product.
  7. Disclaimer: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure envelopes are properly sealed before mailing.  Senor & Senora is not responsible for defective or improperly sealed envelopes that have already been addressed and/or shipped.
  8. Privacy Policy: your privacy is important to us.   We will not sell, share, rent, or in any way exchange your personal information with any third party.
